Waiting several weeks for an appointment with a door that would not open was inconvenient and frustrating. However, I did receive great customer service from Paul who explained the situation and stated the repair would be covered by an extended warranty but required another wait for a part to be ordered. Hopefully it will arrive soon.

The service representative was nice and the wait was not too long. However, the car was not cleaned - washed and vacuumed. I usually get this type of service with my other car at BMW and at Hyundai Fontana. Plus the wait to get your car in for service took me 6 weeks.

They didn't find out why the transmission system malfunction error message came up. Update 09/06/23 After 200 miles the problem reappeared. The car was kept in the service for two weeks. I picked up my car today and after 30 miles the "Gear Shift System Malfunction" error reappeared and I was stuck in a parking lot.

All the staff were really friendly. Plenty of waiting room and tables. Finished 2 recall repairs in less than 2 hours along with a courtesy inspection and wash.

The people are always very nice but I drove all the way out there for a recall issue only to find out that they do not know how to fix the recall problem so essentially I went out there for nothing.

I was there only to get a new key fob. The car was serviced less than a month ago when all checks had been done, so they were not needed again. Three and a half hours to get a key fob is much too long.

Service was good but on the recall item, they waited two months to give me an appointment and then the whole steering column came out and I had to pay 10% to keep the warranty where they shouldve eaten a the whole cost
