When I showed up for the recall on the nissan they (Nicole) tell me they don't have the part and I ask why was I not notified before hand, since the appointment was made on a Friday and scheduled for the following Wednesday they had plenty of time to check for the part and she responses Oh I must of missed that. However the tire monitor light was on again so they checked that for the second time. So it wasn't a complete bust

Everything seemed to be well. Since taking my vehicle to receive its inspection now my car is making a large rattling sound under it and my car has never had an issue with it in the 5 years Ive had it. Just really sucks. Cuz now I have to take it back in so they can charge me an arm and a leg just to look over some more details....

Had to ask for details about why after only a week my service engine light was on. It was told to me as though I would have a auto maintenance degree. Again I had to ask them to print me out something to keep with vehicle to show home state what happened. I felt as tho I was a bother to them, now that they got the sale the customer service was zero.

The service for this date was great through the service department only, however I'm still very bothered by how my original sale happened and how even after letting them know the issues I had and concerns that still no manager reached out to me to inquire. I feel 100% that it is all about the sale 1st once they have you the customer service is zero.

Overall, it was excellent. I've taken several vehicles I've owned to Rosen over the years and each time they have been both professional and courteous. It's a little more difficult getting in for an appointment due to the covid concerns, but once you understand the routine and the need for the added safety, it makes perfect sense. Just make sure you call ahead of time and you'll be fine.

These guys do the old-fashioned high-pressure buy today! stuff that totally puts people off of car sales. Saw two cars, was not impressed by either. They gave me numbers. Still was not impressed. I went to leave, and they tossed not one, but two closers at me. Both men we polite enough, but they really were pushing too hard for me to buy one of their cars. I wasn't interested. In today's world, these guys should learn that less is more.
