They helped me with my questions. I called and asked if I could just stop in because one of my tires had 15 lbs of air. They said come on in. They found a screw in my tire & fixed it. It took almost 3 hrs, but I didn't have an appt. The agent showed me everything on the computer which was very nice. I was very happy with my visit.

Our car was released to us with greasy/oily fingerprints on the interior door handles/armrests/ glove box. There were two different dates for our next service. There was a recall for our car, but they didn't have the parts to fix it. Upon reaching out to our service coordinator about the unexpected experience, he said he would get back to me the following Monday, but I did not hear back from him.

I was very satisfied with the service that I received, my service advisor was right there when I arrived and my car was attended to, when everything was done they even wash my car which made me happy. Cost was a little high but all in all my experience was good.

Fairly quick turn-around time fir my oil change, performed on 08/21/25. Nice, comfy lobby and amicable staff! A few of the dislikes were that the vehicle tracking system wasn't working, so after an hour I had to follow up on my car's status. Also, the coffee machine was broken :( Overall, I was satisfied with the service, but a few quirks in the waiting area.

Technician apparently did not close something. The ordinary oil change resulted in my mopping up with paper towels a lot of oil.. There was so much oil I decided to photograph it. I will deliver those photos to the dealer. Somebody needs more training. I have a garage floor mess. Still working on it.

The service rep welcomed me and quickly found my appointment. She did a quick walk-around, then took me to the waiting area (it was my first time at Rosen). The service was done in the amount of time promised, and since it was a warranty covered expense, the price was perfect! Rosen is a good place for service!

My advisor,Chris Cintron always is so helpful explaining things pertaining to my car. When they did their video while I was there for a brake issue, They also found that I had a brake light out and also the fog lights were not working. They got them replaced and because the temperature was above freezing ( 60 degrees) they gave me a free car wash! They always take care of my car like it was their own!!

My car's engine's timming chain gave way while i was driving in another state (Wisconsin). I had my car towed to Rosen. They were exceptionally amazing at customer service. Key factors: Loaner car, fighting for a warranty coverage exception and communication throughout the process. Katie in service made it seamless and worry free.

The car leaked oil after the initial oil change. I returned and found out a defective oil filter was the source of the leak. Rosen changed the bad oil filter and topped-off the oil. The leak stopped and the care is working properly, now.

Like that has a good shuttle service and is close to home. Only negative was that had to wait a bit by counter before being approached when was time to pick up the car. Definitely recommend it.
