I caught them towards the end of their day. They were very accommodating and helped me out with a recall part. Something that was probably a minor inconvenience for them. They took the time to help me and get my car taken care of. Next time I'm in the market for a car I'm looking here first just off the service department. They made a very stressful situation a pleasant experience. Good people work here.

Not A Rosen issue but a Honda issue. But I had purchased a extended warranty back in 2018. My cars front sensor was not working. Needed recalibration. Not covered. With electronics now a days why would I buy a warranty if electronics weren't covered.

I was their 2 hrs to get my oil and everything checked and I needed new wipers and they didn't even check my wipers and said they did this is the second time this happened last time they didn't check out my steering wheel when I got a oil change just a few things I didn't like was not happy

I waited 3.5 hours with little communication on issue/progress. It was a battery issue within 10 minutes I was told I need a new battery. When I reminded them that its under warranty and bought through rosen, NOW battery has to under additional testing. This happened to me twice!

Likes: Always a professional service and feedback. No asks for any extra unnecessary works Dislikes: when you charge $90 for just a valve replacement please at least put spare wheel back into well properly than leaving it for the customer to do it. Tidy up things well.

I had an issue with my Honda care and was switched from service to sales on 3 different occasions. When the car went from service they had me walk over to sales, I had all my paperwork with their logo and they asked me if I had really bought the car from them!!! Last time I will ever buy from them. Service department was friendly.

very good, I don't think they should be charging a lot for a filter change though. I get the labor fees plays a role, but DANG changing a filter costing over $90? I know how to do it by myself I just didn't realize it would cost that much to slip a filter in haha. Other than that they're good people, just charging too much for a filter change. Oil change labor fees makes sense though. 10 out of 10

I had an appointment for 2;30 and had to wait about 90 minutes before the shop could get to my car for an oil change. I have a service contract for oil changes I bought when we purchased the car last year. I drive 45 minutes to go for the oil change. Not enjoying the waiting time.

Service was fine, but the addition of an unexplained "fee" at the bottom of the bill was infuriating. It made me feel that you were offering a the first "free" oil change just to take money out of my wallet. If I'd noticed it before I left the dealership, I certainly would have complained, but it certainly leaves a bad taste in my mouth about your ethics.

The service was friendly as well as time acurate to what was told to us beforehand. They fixed the problem with ease, while we waited. The gentleman who assisted us made sure we were comfortable and also checked our car warranty to see if the repairs we were having completed were covered.

Scheduled a simple warranty repair for first thing in the morning and was waiting over 3 hours for a less than 45 minute repair. Shop advisors claim technicians did not show up until after 8am. Car was pulled into shop and left while they worked on other vehicles.

I never received any communication stating my vehicle service was completed. I called several times and left messages, all without any return calls. I left a message with the store manager with no luck. I finally just went to the dealership to see if the service was completed.

It was a truly great experience working with Quin and the team. Their professionalism and efficiency made the process seamless, and everything was handled with no hassle at all. However, I did find the service to be quite expensive, as the cost of the part was around $600, while the total cost ended up being $1,800three times the price of the replaced part. Despite this, I appreciate the quality of work.
