very good, I don't think they should be charging a lot for a filter change though. I get the labor fees plays a role, but DANG changing a filter costing over $90? I know how to do it by myself I just didn't realize it would cost that much to slip a filter in haha. Other than that they're good people, just charging too much for a filter change. Oil change labor fees makes sense though. 10 out of 10

I had an appointment for 2;30 and had to wait about 90 minutes before the shop could get to my car for an oil change. I have a service contract for oil changes I bought when we purchased the car last year. I drive 45 minutes to go for the oil change. Not enjoying the waiting time.

Service was fine, but the addition of an unexplained "fee" at the bottom of the bill was infuriating. It made me feel that you were offering a the first "free" oil change just to take money out of my wallet. If I'd noticed it before I left the dealership, I certainly would have complained, but it certainly leaves a bad taste in my mouth about your ethics.

The service was friendly as well as time acurate to what was told to us beforehand. They fixed the problem with ease, while we waited. The gentleman who assisted us made sure we were comfortable and also checked our car warranty to see if the repairs we were having completed were covered.

Scheduled a simple warranty repair for first thing in the morning and was waiting over 3 hours for a less than 45 minute repair. Shop advisors claim technicians did not show up until after 8am. Car was pulled into shop and left while they worked on other vehicles.

I never received any communication stating my vehicle service was completed. I called several times and left messages, all without any return calls. I left a message with the store manager with no luck. I finally just went to the dealership to see if the service was completed.

It was a truly great experience working with Quin and the team. Their professionalism and efficiency made the process seamless, and everything was handled with no hassle at all. However, I did find the service to be quite expensive, as the cost of the part was around $600, while the total cost ended up being $1,800three times the price of the replaced part. Despite this, I appreciate the quality of work.

We brought our 23 Honda Pilot in for a recall. We were greeted when we arrived and he told us it would take about 1.5 hours, maybe sooner. The waiting area is a very comfortable to sit and wait. Our Service Advisor, Tim was very friendly and welcoming. Our vehicle was ready before the time stated. We appreciate the respect for our time and being welcoming.

less than one week after getting our car back from the oil change and tire rotation, we got the low air notice on our car. We had to refill all the tires, so far it's ok, but this is the 2nd time we had a tire issue after having our car serviced there. I also mentioned that the key fob was saying it needed batteries after only a month or two, and they had no idea what was causing this issue.

I was treated great. I was kept up to date and advised on what was going on with the repairs on my car. They offered me alternate help with transportation if I would have needed it. And, my service advisor, Quindell, was outstanding. He really took great care of me and helped me a lot.

The service department was friendly, prompt, and professional. I feel I was up-sold on certain services and the cost was phenomenal for my budget. I could have refused these services, so it is my fault. Quindell was so nice, and professional. I have been a customer for many years, several different cars. My next purchase may not be a Honda.

I have been a long term customer, I may not return. I came in for an oil change and it took over two hours. I had an appointment for 10:00 a.m. They were prompt as always. I saw them take my car down off the rack at 11:00 a.m. I was not called to check out till noon. I did ask why it took so long and was brushed off. Not impressed. Would not recommend to others.

Brought in for oil change and repair intermittent issue with seat belt alarm going off from rear passenger seat. Told they didn't have enough time or people to determine the issue and will need it brought back again. If you don't have the staff to take it in the field to recreate, don't schedule the visit. We have a 50 min drive to get to this dealer.

Staff was very friendly and efficient with the work done. The only thing that I was unaure about was why they mentioned the tire rotation was needed when we just gitvit done recently if it was due, why they didn't do it then.
