Fair, including video of your car walking thru what's being done in a way that's easy to understand, friendly and convenient offering a ride back home at drop off and returning car to you when completed. The part was ordered and arrived the next day. There was an issue with the part so another part needed to be ordered. That part arrived the next day and the installation was completed.
