Technician felt it is appropriate to do what ever he wanted to in my car.. Funny thing is he forget the PDR ( performance data recorder) was recording.. management takes no responsibility and creates egregious stories and lies to cover for their Technician.. its so unfortunate that the management team wouldn't make it right, felt losing customer with three Chevy cars was the right way to go.. Stay clear of this dealership..
