They didn't even rotate my tires like I payed for as I have 3 tires that are the same brand and one thats different do to a nail in the back passenger so I know for a fact they didn't do it as I have a awd car

The service advisors are excellent. There's no attempt to upsell. Sometimes it takes a while to get an appointment, but that's probably because they are a good shop.

Did not adjust the air in the tires after rotation and would have liked them to check with me about the cost of checking the seat heater. Did not know it was well over $100.00 just to check it (no repair)
