Such a pleasant service experience, thanks to everyone who had their hands on my vehicle. From first contact, everyone was helpful and patient. I received updates and always got a call back if my service person wasn't available. This was a warranty repair, so I was very happy with the outcome and how I was treated. That made me feel great about returning to GM as an owner!

They are no longer as good as they used to be. I asked for an oil change, brake inspection all 4, and a car wash, I was also talked into a antifreeze flush. $950, later front brakes were done, I have no idea what my back brakes are looking like. The car was very, very dirty, they no longer give a good dirscription of what work still needs done and the doors were not greased. I can find better service.

The Service Reps are knowledgeable and efficient. I only had an oil change but the service person also made an inspection of the tires and brakes and also recommended service based on mileage and age. Everything went well. My only disappointment is a 3% charge to use a credit card. To me that is the cost of doing business, but maybe that practice is going to become commonplace. By the way, I payed cash to avoid the charge.

From the moment we stepped into the service department, Ron kindly greets you, confirms what you are there for, gets it done and then also goes over what may be needed in the future. He is the best! My husband and I are loyal to Marhofer's service department due to Ron's expertise.

Service was very good but I couldn't use my credit card to earn points because the dealership was charging a 3 percent fee on the TOTAL bill to use it . In my opinion that is a bit excessive. They need better communication up front when you go in for service .

Everything went well with my service appointment. The porter was friendly and efficient. The service adviser was professional and informative. The service, an oil change, was finished quickly. Check-out was fast. Two disappointments: First, when I bought the car I was promised free car washes for the length of my ownership. I haven't gotten a car wash in years. Second, Marhofer now charges 3% of the bill if you use a credit card. Wow.
