Scheduling my appointment was easy and they even provided shuttle service. They called when they found a problem and advised the additional cost. They went over all the work they had done and explained the benefits. The service men were courteous and professional.

The check engine light went on and we brought the car in. We were told we needed a $1400 repair and then the light went off and the car is fine. The time before that, we were toldwe needed a $7000 repair job because the engine was leaking. We never had any oil on the floor of our garage and the car runs fine. We are feeling we can't trust the repair shop.

Dealership did an oil and change tire rotation. My truck is a Denali dually with polished wheels... While doing the rotation the manager said the wheels would be dirty because of how dually wheels need turned inside out for rotation.... But rhy out the basic ugly steel wheels on the outside and hid my polished wheels.... I had to go back and have them change it back... Lime seriously... Did no one question this???

Like - The oil change & tire rotation was done quickly Dislike - felt I was being taken when my battery supposedly tested low and my mileage suggested an $ 1,100 service. I had my battery retested since and it is fine. Another customer in the waiting area was told his battery was low so maybe the test equipment needs to be tested.
