If I could give it less than a one I would. We brought it in twice for the transmission recall by Ford, both times they kept it for multiple days stating they would get to it. We even scheduled both appointments, not even a drop in and they never touched it. To this day, the recall has not been done.

I was quoted $3300 before labor for a clutch pack install on my 2013 Ford Focus. Within 2 phone calls, I found a automotive shop that could do it for less than half including labor. It's a scam to tell me I have a recall, bring the vehicle in, run a $219 diagnostic, and say nothing is wrong and then charge me the $219.

This place was the worst had my car for so long did nothing to repair after quoting us really high all they did was replace a gas tank cover and cleaned the car I wouldn't send my worst enemy here horrible service no communication and didn't fix anything that they quoted bumper still broke fender was still not fix had my car 6 month and did nothing too it

My 2022 Ford F-150 broke down and left me stranded. I was out of town for work. Had it towed to DuPratt Ford. Without them even knowing what the problem was and never being to their dealership before, they said we understand you probably have places to be. They gave me a rental and said they would call me later when they found the issue. I was in and out within 10 minutes with a rental truck no charge (everything under warranty). Great service! They called later and said it was the water pump. They fixed it and let me keep the rental until I was able to get back out there to pick up my truck. My normal dealership I would have had to fight with to get a rental car. If they weren't so far I would always take my truck here.
