The only reason for 1 star is because our salesman was great. However the service dept and management is horrible!! The car I bought had been on the lot for a month and had not been cleaned and had a headlight and tail light out. It took service 3 times to get everything fixed. The 2nd time they didn't even put a bulb in the headlight!!

I liked the service advisor, seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. No problems checking vehicle in and short wait for shuttle home. Service to vehicle took way longer than I expected and was not given any updates on completion. Rather, I had to call in evening to check on status. Vehicle was in for oil change and computer update.

Didn't seem like they wanted to sell very bad. They showed me pictures and video of a filthy car. Was left feeling underwhelmed. I was excited at first but after viewing what they sent, made me feel very uncomfortable about the actual condition of the car.

Absolutely horrible. 2 whole weeks of waiting just for my car to not even be fixed. Went in with a check engine light and came out exactly how I took it in. Not once did I receive a call with updates I had to call back to back for days on end to get an update. I called for 3 days before getting lucky enough to have someone pick up. What was supposed to be a turnaround of 24hrs for JUST A DIAGNOSTIC was ONE WHOLE WEEK. I had to pay for a rental car out of my own pocket for two Willie weeks just to get my car back and be told they couldn't fix the issue.
