It's tough, ron bouchard does a great job and tech department are good folks. However I got a bad battery but it's not bad enough to warranty yet, so every cold day I'm jumping my new truck until it finally fails which I can only hope is somewhere im not stranded and won't effect my safety or my sons. Unfortunately I don't think it's the dealership but the warranty system being brutal.

I had a routine oil change and maintenance check. It identified some fluids that I need to replace and I made a note. I didn't have time to do it on this visit but will schedule something before my next oil change. I have always had good service there and this was no different.

My car was brought in for loss of oil. The oil was refilled and I was told there was nothing wrong with the car. 300 miles later, the car starts shaking, vibrating and jerking forward while driving and the check engine light is flashing. I bring it back and I am told the car needs a new engine. There is sludge in the engine. I would give zero stars if I could.
