My recent visit to Ron Bouchards Honda Store was excellent. Jamie Rodriquenz and his service team once again took very good care of me. I was greeted immediately upon arrival on a Saturday morning. The wait to get my service performed was reasonable and not too long. Jamie explained the services performed and we discussed a game plan to address some.upcoming routine preventative maintenance services on my vehicle. I've had many small issues with their service for years, but most recently I've been waiting almost a year for an AC part to come in to fix my AC (I even prepaid for the part without an anticipated delivery date - they weirdly do this for all parts...can't give an ETA until you pay for the part). They also have you pre-pay and undergo pricey repairs but then state they aren't sure what the issues are or if they are doing the correct repair (you are doing all repairs at risk). Most recently I had a break job on a Saturday and they closed up the shop without notifying me that my car was ready for pickup. When I called service they were closed hours earlier than the hours listed on the site. Service would not return until 7am Monday (I do have a job to go to). Sales was able to figure out where my key was, if my car was done, and cashed me out. As of Wednesday following this ordeal service still hadn't reached out to notify me that my car was ready or to apologize. The dealership keeps doing renovations, "upgrading" systems (that are blamed for all sorts of issues), and their service keeps deteriorating with prices going up. Will never be going back.

Good service as usual, didn't take too long. However, at check-out they seemed annoyed to have reprint my paperwork because I did not present coupon before visit. I apologized, but was unaware that was a rule. Also, oil was changed, but they neglected to reset the oil life (I rely on that to keep on schedule), so I had to return to have that done. Also I was made aware of a required repair, I should have asked for more info, but was not told how urgent the matter was, although no attempt was made to schedule.
