The staff was courteous, friendly and reviewed service that was performed; turnaround time was quick; location is excellent and the waiting room (former showroom) is bright with large windows tables, couches and WiFi. The bathroom could be upgraded.

The service for my Honda at Rohrich was excellent. It always is- they explain what is going to happen with the car before they take it in. If something comes up they explain it and the cost. My Pilot is 13 years old and it has never really needed anything other then maintenance. Thank you Rohrich.

Car scent and tissue paper box removed. Car smelled of tobacco for a week. Seat and mirrors were adjusted and not returned to prior location. Was given wrong information about needing an emission inspection when I did not since the car was 2023 model, and was charged $50 for that service.

it was a good experience. The only problem I had was getting into the drive in area to met the service. There were cars across the garage door pull in area and I drove around the block twice and there were cars still across the entry area but I was able to drive between two cars.

I had my AC-Compressor replaced with an after market part. When I took my 2012 Accord to Dean Honda to have my AC-Condenser replaced with an after market part. The technician at Dean Honda informed me that the compressor that Rohrich Honda installed was a used part. I will be contacting Rohrich for an explanation. I will also be contacting any and all regulatory agencies!

The substitute rep jotted down a few of them, but not all of them.
