I love the the service but I have someone in the family yelled at me for going to Roger's Subaru because there nothing but con artists to there customers that walk through there doors by selling there customers things that they don't need on there cars.

From when I make my appointment to when I drive it of the lot I know I don't have to worry about the work being done, I know it's done right. I thank all the staff at Rogers service center for always taking such good care of me and my car.

Everything about the service department at Roger Subaru is first rate. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, the mechanics get the jobs done right the first time, and the waiting area is actually fabulous. You're almost happy to go to the service department spending relaxing time, with amenities, in that waiting area. I highly recommend them.

I liked when my car wouldn't start, they came right up to help me. What I didn't like was my battery terminals were so corroded. I assumed they were checked with every service. Evidently not or they wouldn't have gotten so bad. I'll have to learn to check them myself

I asked them to put air in the tires at 33 or 34 air pressure, after they got done with the tires the air pressure Wes set at 46 to 48 the tag on the car the car tires is set at 35 on the air pressure so I went to Les Schwabs they helped to fix the problem

We had a winter to summer tire changeover. Tires were on rims. One tire (left rear) was hand tightened only and was ready to come off on the way home (35 miles). We called Rogers Subaru & they sent out a technician who found the loose lug nuts and tightened them & we got home safely. We contacted the service manager & let him know the danger this incident was. If the tire had come off, there could have been a fatal accident.

Shania was excellent as always in working me in and getting it done in a reasonable amount of time. The Service Crew also did a great job. My only suggestion is if you are going to have service discount coupons on your website, actually state what the savings is in dollars. Currently they just say they are a coupon for a service with no real value or discount.
