Unfortunately the maintenance work was not completed in one day although the vehicle was bought into the service department at 7:30 AM. Called ahead to make an appointment but was informed of a no appointment policy and just to bring it in. That did not work out well for a two car family.

Second trip to service department and they still haven't fixed my vehicle The first time it was in service they kept it for 2 months and said they rebuilt the transmission they didn't replace it like they mentioned in the service records on my vehicleI will never take my vehicle to Roger's ford ever again! They only have one transmission person working on transmissions

According to other Ford agency the repiar is done in one hoyr and ford rogers had my vehicle since monday 22nd of july and did not dis nothing to ir until saturday 27th when i stopped by to pick it up and then they mention that the update failed and there where not going to be able to gove it to me until next monday 29th never taking it vack to ford rogers prefer to go to odessa for quicker and better service!
