It was fine. Wasn't great, wasn't spectacular. It was just okay I guess. They are not very good with communication which I find annoying since I make it clear that I'm from out of town and everything I have to do at the dealership takes planning. Service at their Subaru dealership is by far better in my opinion. On the fence if I will continue to use this dealership for service.

Didn't like the 6 hour wait with no loaner vehicle. Feel they should have a Loranger available when service takes that long, fit people who live out of town with no way of getting around. They did offer drop off & pickup, but not the same as being able to go on our own.

Went in for the recalls and asked to check on an oil leak. There was no mention of a charge to look to see if there was an oil leak. Went to pick it up and it cost $180. If I had known there was a fee I would have had another mechanic look at it. Pretty underhanded business when the customer is not notified of charges in advance!!! Wouldn't recommend this place to look at a Matchbox car!

I brought my car in for routine service last week. So far, I have had to call for roadside assistance twice since then. Once due to an electrical problem, following pick up I got a flat tire. This situation has never happened to me before. I don't believe it to be coincidental.

Overall the people are very friendly and knowledgeable. But there is a extreme lack of communication from this place. Many times over the last year it was impossible to get the service dept on the first call. I left messages for callbacks that never came. I have had to repeatedly call to get updates on the status of the part ordered for my car (O2 sensor). I left 2 messages and never received a callback.

Had the hpfp recall inspection done on my Ecodiesel. The dealer provided shuttle service so I didn't have to sit around for two hours. They completed it on schedule and washed my vehicle as well. Overall happy. Hope for the same good service when the hpfp is replaced!

Scheduled service appt on-line because no one answered phone in the service dept when called. Got 2 emails confirming appt. Show up to the appt they said I didn't have an appt but they could fit me in, which they did. They performed the service. Next day i got an email stating that I missed my appointment. They need to fix a few things.
