Despite scheduling appointment weeks in advance, took two days for mechanic to even first look at car. Then were delays between mechanic works and service representative following up with me and getting estimate. When I was finally sent an estimate did not provide any detail other than cost of items and finding details out took time.

The friendliness of the staff, the promptness of the service and general experience was excellent. The car had under 2k of miles and hence most of the standard checks were superfluous, in spite of that the whole experience, esp., the video the checks done was nice.

This is the car my college age kid drives so I typically meet her at the shop and wait or take her to lunch and come back when the car is ready so I can pay for the repairs. Everything is typically very good. What I don't like is the constant pestering about having the car evaluated and trading it in for a new car. If I say no, then stop texting me about it.

Staff is always friendly & accommodating. Routine maintenance was done in reasonable amount of time. My service advisor, Paul Ojeda, even took extra time to help me with a CarPlay problem & scheduled another appointment to fix the issues after he personally tried to address them. While in for maintenance, service broke a part and had to order the part so we had to leave the car for additional 4 days. Our service adviser, Katie Pape, explained everything very clearly. Mazda paid for the part and Katie got us a loaner car and even took an additional 10% off. She was in contact with us daily with updates and just made the process so much smoother than it could have been.

I had an appt for routine oil change / etc. They were on time and thorough. Staff were all friendly and professional. They send a video of the services done which you view before you check out. My only issue is that they talk too quickly in the video for me to be able to easily understand while listening in a public waiting room. Next time I will go to a quieter area.

When service was done they told battery leakage and not fixed on that day. Gave appointment on day and when I dropped my car and back to my work they called me and told no leakage of batteries they have wasted all my day. Why was test of battery not done properly when the day of my car ? Carelessness and no customer value
