The customer service was excellent within the Service department. The Parts department said the part needed was in stock, but that wasn't the case. This caused the Service time to run longer, which wasn't the fault of the technician or sevice advisor. Overall, very satisfied with Service. Not so much with Parts.

Great experience--promptly got in for repair service--didn't have to wait for two or three weeks like the other GM dealership in area. Repairs were done in a very reasonable time and Brian kept me informed as to the necessary repairs and estimated cost. Amazing prompt service.

The car was made and left dirty...oil grime all over the steering wheel and armrests. The oil change was fine, but my hands and clothes were stained. I shouldn't have to clean my car after an oil change.

Just because I'm female doesn't mean you can try to sell me stuff not needed. Tried to sell me a car filter, when I just got a new one. Got in my car and checked, and my car said car filter 80% life left. I won't be back.

The check-in is simple and fast. Jamale is great!! Always helpful and let's you know what you need and asks what you want done and escorts you to the wait room. One note...please have someone fill up the vending machine and have a channel on the tv for all audiences.

I was charged to replace the right front turn signal that wasnt working when I went to pick up my Suburban. The service advisor indicated I would be refunded for the charges, but the manager was in a meeting. The following day the manager called and said they couldnt give me a refund but they would do a diagnostic for free to see why their replacement didnt work. Horrible customer service.

Overall service was good. The technician did break a component on the glove compartment box while replacing the cabin air filter. They are planning on replacing this part for free, but will still have to take time off work to bring the vehicle back in.

This is the worst place I've ever taken my vehicle for service. From from the service to the communication this was a very bad experience. After them keeping it two and a half weeks I brought it home and saw that one of the coil packs was not even on or bolted down. I could go on and on but there's nothing good I have to say about this place and will never go back there again. I wouldn't advise you to try not.

Bad experience. Unprofessional, rude. Liars.. Poor service, simple oil change, left it leaking oil. Had to return and have them fix the leak. Had a 12 Noon appointment. Didn't get out until after 3;00pm. Been going there for near to 20 years, won't be going there again.

Drove an hour to look at and possibly buy a truck. Got the deal started but had to leave due to other obligations. The salesman didn't call me back to let me know what was going on. Called several times still wouldn't tell me what was going on with the loan application. This went on for over a week. Finally i just stopped calling and gave up. I hope everyone else that goes to buy a vehicle from them has better luck!

I would give them zero stars if I could. This was the worst service (especially customer service) I've ever experienced. The service manager (Shane) swore at my daughter, taunted her and was downright rude. The operations manager (Jeff) took the side of his staff, basically calling my husband and daughter liars. She was without her car for almost 3 weeks, when we were told it wouldn't be more than a week, maybe week and a half. They are the only Chevrolet dealership in Lexington, KY, and they act like it.

We went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Also asked them to change our cabin filter. First they couldn't change the filter because they said they'd have to cut some of the plastic out to get access. I'm sure there is a way to be able to change the filter without cutting plastic. Then they come in to the waiting room to tell us the lug nuts are needing replaced because they have swollen and are unable to be used. Telling us it's going to cost an additional $300.00 for the lug nuts. We said forget about doing the rotation. Every time we go in there they find something else that needs to be done. I cringe every time I go in there for something simple because they always try to convince you to do more work so you are out more money.
