Becca and the service team at Rocky Top were amazing. We were vacationing in the area when our vehicle wouldn't start. Becca got us in on a Saturday, same day, and replaced the batteries for us in just over an hour. Without their help and true dedication to hospitality we would have been stuck without transportation over Christmas. They really went out of their way to give us great customer support.

My car was serviced while I waited and it was done in a reasonable amount of time. There were a number of things besides that they did, which was great because I didn't have to go back again for recalls. Very, very satisfied and Debbie home was in the service department was wonderful. I recommend this dealership to anyone!

The service advisor was very helpful. We went on vacation and my truck messaged up that Saturday but I explained to him that we needed the truck by Thursday because we were leaving Friday morning driving back home. He was able to get the parts in and have my truck fixed by Thursday and that was greatly appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone in the Sevierville Tennessee area.

Did a decent job on the power steering problem .Very,Very,EXPENSIVE for time involved to repair. Part came in late Friday n car was fixed n ready by 5PM. Not a fan of theirs..

Dirty lounge at 0730 in the morning. Also, bathrooms had not been cleaned overnight. A used catheter was laying on the right side of sink. Disgusting. Just a dirty facility.

Had an apt at 1:30pm, arrived before noon but didnt get to my vehicle til after 4pm. Needless to say we were not happy. Not one person came out and told us why it was taking so long!! This was o install a new 3rd brake light on the tailgate that had quit working. Shouldve only take 15 mins at the most!!!! This is not like this dealership at all!!!! We had an apt, were Jeep Wave members and still took over 5 hrs!!!!!

they changed the oil and did it for the coupon price but I recently bought this vehicle from my step dad on and put it in my name and jeep hadn't changed it yet and i showed them the new title and didnt change it to my name and wrote it up in her name and i didnt know this until after the service was complete and saw the invoice. I spoke to a manager and all he had to say was the advisor was new.

There's a glitch in one of the computers for the dashboard and radio/air conditioning that every now and then it will go completely out for about 20-30 seconds. I explained it to the dealership but all they seem to have done was drive my truck for 80 miles. It doesn't happen when you drive it. It only happens when you crank it.

Great service on fixing the original problem, (wheel sensor) but was told my rear brakes needed "immediate attention" and without even removing, told we'd have to have new rotors as turning would take them too far down. A mere $500 for a rear only brake job. I said I'd take care of it at home. When I got home, I removed the wheels to find both with plenty of pad, and rotors were as new! Won't go back there.

Like always they take the time to listen to me and look into the issues, I asked for a loaner because I have no ride to work, they gave me a loaner. They told me the tire would be in tomorrow and ur car would be ready. This is fantastic service thank you all for good service yall make me feel like family.
