Worked with me to get the service done on warranty basis (diagnosed check engine light at 35,725 miles, though repairs couldn't be done until 36,300 miles). Due to lack of transportation, I had to wait while service was being performed. They completed the work in less than 3 hours.

Yeti couldn't diagnose the problem so they parked it in the back for 4 months. Sent we sent it to Idaho falls and had Diagnosed in 2 days and back running in 2 weeks.

Had a 10 am appointment, vehicle not taken in till almost 11 am . Advisor was nice but over tasking . No oil change sticker, had to ask for one . Hand prints on our truck . Was not given back our hey , again had to ask for it .

very good diagnosticians and technicians. They try hard to solve the ongoing mystery of why when we put the battery back in after having removed it for 6 mos. that it is an all go and we reverse from our garage and stop, it does than it is necessary for triple AAA to drag it to the garage to be worked on. After that all is fine.

It was okay, no one was there to greet me and give directions, and the service office was kind of hidden. I would have loved someone who could have told me that my car was ready, I waited too long in the waiting room until I went and asked if it was ready, and it was. I needed to go to work, so I was in a bit of a rush.

Worse experience ever. Sold me a warranty that doesnt even exist. I had to use different numbers to get in touch with the sales person. They lied about the car condition. They told me it had no check engine light on and the windows were good. When I got there I found out that the windshield is cracked and a check engine light is on.

They kept asking me if I wanted to get my differentials serviced. I said no, both differentials were done within the last 18 months. Now I drive it less than 50 miles and the rear differential plug is missing. I have upgraded Yukon gears and they're fried. Who knows what other damage occured. My truck was in there for other reasons and did not require any differential work at all. I never asked them to even check it let alone shaft me like this. It's several thousand for towing and repair. I hope to update this review after they take care of me, but my hopes are slim.
