This was for a recall, and I had them put in a new cabin filter. I went to work so did not actually see what was done. I have been going to a local shop for oil changes, and tires. Beats driving 23 miles to Toyota. They also charge half of what Toyota does. Will keep Toyota for major things.

It seems like they are always trying to sell you on something and whatever it is it tends to be so much more money than they quote. Also, I make an appointment but they still say it's going to be 2 plus hours. I feel like they shouldn't make so many appointments if they are going to be that long, or don't take walk-ins as two walk-ins got out prior to me getting out.

I arrived with no appointment to get my tires rotated. I probably should've but was told they would try to get me done in an hour. I didn't watch the clock but felt my car was ready in less than that time. Everyone was very pleasant and forthcoming.

Service was fine, but I used website asking for COR $80 special, but was charged MORE. And I'm not talking about the air filter--I understand that's in addition. When I sign up for something, that should be honored. By the way, there was no way to bring in a "coupon," so something isn't working right in the system when I use Google Pay. You probably should fix this.

Very efficient operation -- everything was done well on the service side.
Room for improvement: The service advisors need to cover for each other better -- when there are clients waiting for one advisor (who will be 'right back') -- and there are other advisors standing around talking -- that's not a good look or feel. You are a team, act like it.

Had a scheduled appointment for 12:40 and I didn't get my car until 2:10. They said it would take 1 hourwhich is longer than usual. Received a text that my vehicle was ready and that my service advisor would be with me soon. I gave him 5 minutes and then I sought him out telling him I was ready to leave. They do not honor appointment times!

With so few miles on the truck, I got under the hood and found that the dipstick was sticking out around 6-8 inches instead of being fully seated in the dipstick tube.Running it for around 800+ miles after they're checkup has me concerned.I'm heading to the shop today to have a talk with them!
