Personal are very nice. Not so good at communicating outstanding matters. A part was to be installed before I picked up the car I purchased. I got a text that my car was ready so I scheduled a time to pick it up. I had to drive about 75 miles to pick it up only to find that the part was on backorder. I took the car anyway and now have to drive back to get it installed so that means another miles and a day wasted.

They did fix what was needed. I had to coordinate the fix between the body shop and service garage not Rochester Ford. Service rep called me at 5:00 pm Friday, wondering where the part the body shop had to paint was. Someone at Rochester Ford had it. Made me wonder what was going to happen when I showed Monday morning for the fix. Thought the price was higher than it should have been.

I needed an oil change which the staff did quickly and efficiently. They also, at my request rotated my tires and checked my battery. I have always received friendly service. I have taken all my cars to them since I moved back to Rochester and have always been satisfied. I know that they are honest.

The technician over filled the oil. This resulted in major problems for us. The car didn't shift correctly and there was a lot of smoke. To top it off, we couldn't be seen in the service department for a couple of days. We will NEVER use the quick lane oil change again. Someone needs to train the technicians better.

I set up an appointment on line, and when I arrived, my car was worked on immediately. The additional recommended services were discussed with me so I could okay them before the technician proceeded. All the work was done at the Quick Lane in just under an hour and a half.

I had new tires put on but, when I went to pick up my car, the tires didn't look like new. The tires were scuffed and dirty. You would think that they would have used tire black on them so that they would look like new tires. I still question if they are new or not. They did knock the cost of the alignment off. I would NOT buy tires there again.

Was originally charged for tire rotation but the tires were not rotated. Back tires were not even removed. Did receive $3 cash back for rotation being un-attempted. An inordinate amount of time was spent assembling quotes for future possible repairs which caused me to take an extended lunch break from work by about 1.5 hours.
