The service was fast and all the employees were very courteous. When I needed additional routine work done because of the mileage on my car, it was explained well and there was no pressure to have the work done right then. I have been using Robert's Chevrolet to buy vehicles and have them serviced for at least 25 years and I trust them completely.

The service with Jeremy is always good. Someone did forget to reset the maintenance oil life so I did it myself. For example when I pressed on the maintenance button after Roberts changed the oil and oil filter, there was 33% oil life left. It should have been reset to 100%. I did that by calling Jeremy and he walked me through how to reset it.

Jeremy always makes sure I understand what is and isn't necessary at the time of service. He never tried to sell me something I don't need and fixes my concerns. He explains things so I can understand. He goes above and beyond to make sure it's done right. This is where I have my entire family bring their vehicles, even if they're not a GM.

Always a good service department experience at Roberts Chevrolet in Platte City. The service advisors are easy to deal with-explain things in laymen's terms, don't try to upsell you services that you don't need. Your vehicle goes in for service shortly after you check it in, no long waiting for something simple like an oil change or brake job. The waiting area is comfortable with a TV and a children's corner with some things for them.
