Had to have battery replaced bc Modern Infiniti didn't do it when I had it in for 40,000 mile check. Modern Infiniti marked the battery as good but one week later it died. Battery was covered under Warranty but I had to pay iver $300. Guess I don't really need to do those checks.
I took it around 2:30 in the afternoon got it in quickly. They performed another inspection after replacing the battery.

Service good. I was surprised I already had to put money in a vehicle I bought in October. I also had recently the car telling me oil needed service but sticker said differently but maybe that was the battery also. Then to say I need to service transmission because all the miles I've put on when again I just bought in October. I hope not to be constantly putting money in a vehicle I'm making monthly payments on.

They were on it from the time that I got there, until the work was completed. The Service Advisor, Jeff took extremely good care of me and got me in as soon as he could. My experience is the same as always, a very friendly atmosphere, people who does an excellent job. Just a good experience overall. Highly recommend Woodall Nissan to any and all.

I bought my tires from Nissan. I did not realize that they do not take appointments for oil change or tire rotations. That means the last three times I have gone in for service my wait time has been 2 to 3 hours. I do not have time to waste like this. When my tire warranty expires I will get my oil changes elsewhere.

A Technician check the battery & alternator said they were fine. So I had to have another Technician to check it out. The price was going to cost me $130.00 to find out that the first technician was wrong. It was my battery that was bad. I feel that this could have been avoided the first time.

Super helpful and curtoius. Left my truck for inspection and oil change because it was late in the day and was called back 45 minutes later to tell me it was finished, didn't have a ride back so they sent the shuttle to bring me back . No complaints here.

I went in for a state inspection sticker. The service was the same as usual. I was met by a friendly staff member who took the car, looked up my account and told me me to have some coffee and make myself comfortable. In and out in about an hour. Everyone is very friendly there.

My experience was horrible. They kept lying to me when my vehicle would be done. Each day they lied I had to pay for a rental car. They told me prior to my repair it would be 6 days. They finished my car in 18 days causing me to pay $356 more than I was prepared to. The work was good but the headache and stress wasnt worth it. I would Never recommend them or take my car back to then even for an oil change!

Everything went well during my visit. I was in the shop for my yearly inspection. I had my state inspection sticker done, an oil change and filter and tire rotation. Plus I had a slow leak in one tire. They took care of all my needs and and was done with it in a couple of hours. I am always pleased with their work.

Went in for an inspection and walked out with a $700 invoice for tires (could get them elsewhere for half as much) along with a phone call on the way home accusing me of stealing another customer's keys. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this garage. Simply disgusting customer service.

The service was fine but the wait was not. I had an appointment at 9:00 . I brought the car at 8:30.and left it. I called at 2:00 and the car had not been serviced. So I called at4:00 and went there and got to leave at4:45. I am glad I was not there waiting .Should have been ready within nine hours. Dont you think?
