Initial impression upon arrival was not great. There was no indication of where to go first. There was no one to greet cars upon arrival. Upon entering the office, there were two employees busy or on the phone. No one to say, "be with you in a moment" so I just waited hoping I was in the right line.

After ECM update car set off check engine light. Turns out technician did not tighten sensor correctly causing me to have to spend time and money with the price gas to again have to leave car and have the wife waste yet more gas to pick me up and then take me back for pick up.

Called to set up appointment and made sure the repairs could be done when we went in. Sat for 1 1/2 hours before being told that they couldn't find the part. Then I was told 3 to 5 days for arrival. I had to call to see if the part came in 11 days later. No Communication from the Dealership. No Courtesy Vehicle. . No Dealership Pick Up or Drop Off Driver. Nothing. This is why I hesitate to have work done on My Wife's Kia

My 2011 Kia Optima Hybrid was recalled for an engine problem in January. I had an appt Monday March 29 @ 9;00 am. Told it would take 2 -4 hours to check it out. I got my car back Thursday April 1st @ 2;00 p.m. I Would have liked to know earlier that it would take longer than original estimate.
