The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. My only "flaw" would be my 100,000/10 year warranty that the Ford Company did not live up to. I paid $2800 for a warranty that stated that I the buyer would pay the first $100 and Ford would pay the rest. It is disappointing especially when you had confidence and security with your contract. It was a Bummer! Other than that everything else was as cool as a summer breeze.

Had to bring the truck back after 2 weeks due to an a/c service that did not resolve the problem. They had added refrigerant the first time, but that was not the issue. They got ot right the second time by replacing a refrigerant sensor. No discount or refund was offered from the first misdiagnosis. The added refrigerant should have been refunded.

The Mustang seemed to struggle with power and the cruise control wouldn't function. Faulty brake switch was determined to be at issue. A temporary fix was tried first and failed to correct the problem. New brake switch was installed and the car is back to fully operational.

Did not like being told that services that should have been performed at the 70,000 mile service needed to be done and that the brakes that were supposed to be checked at every service were now unsafe and that it would require new pads and discs. I have used this dealership for 20 years and the new management and maintenance team is unsatisfactory in every respect. Especially disappointing since many of the neglected items could potentially adversely affect items covered under warranty. In the future I will be taking my business to someone who has my best interests as a priority.
