Unfortunately, there was an oily dirt on the exterior door handle, side of the door and the steering wheel. Very efficient and compentent staff. Waiting lounge is neat, clean and comfortable. Staff lets you know the status on the progress of your vehicle. Once the vehicle is ready they come to the lounge and explain what was done and your car is brought up to you and is waiting outside the door for your convenience.

Extremely overpriced. I had the recommended compressor replaced for $1000 less than quoted by Rivard. On a previous visit, I was told I needed new tires and requested a quote for Michelin. The service rep provided a quote of a different tire brand which I'm guessing he received a bonus as when I requested Michelin again, he was taking over 20 minutes to get the quote so I left. I will not use them again for any service.
