Our appointment was on time, the staff were friendly and professional, and they kept us informed about the status of the repair as we waited for the car. We have used Rileys service dept for many years, and they are up front about costs and what your car truly needs. They don't try to pad the bill by performing extra work, and they have provided us with less expensive options to choose from if they exist.

I go to Riley Subaru for all my service needs. I took it in for its 60,000-mile service and they said it would take 6 hours. They gave me a loaner for that time period. It only took 5 hours. Austin showed me how to use everything on the loaner which was much newer than my car. They have treated me wonderful every time I bring it in for service.

The service was quick and efficient, and I was impressed with how smoothly everything was handled. The waiting area was very comfortable, and the seating and snacks were a nice touch. We appreciated the free loaner vehicle as the service took several hours. The vehicle was washed when we arrived. The Carfax maintenance report was an unexpected bonus.

They provide excellent service and a video of the inspection. There always seem to be add-ons, which can be annoying. They have been watching our brakes, and the reviews on this had been yellow for awhile, then the last time it was green- and now we had to replace??

Pulled into into the shop, got the car signed in and 30 minutes later I was on the road to my next destination! Great customer service, wonderful facilities, all work was completed professionally and as expected. My only complaint was that I didn't have enough time to spend with the kind dogs in the facility and enjoy a few more great snacks! Thank you Riley Subaru
