Set up appointment, drove two hours, and the car that we had been discussing, one that I verified was there the evening before, and confirmed with the salesman was available, was gone. Terrible service all the way around at this dealership.

Recalls are a part of vehicle service. They shouldn't be avoided especially when a dealer like Rickenbaugh makes the service as pleasant as they do. If you have pending recalls, give Rickenbaugh a call to schedule the repairs.

Jeremy was great, but my car was supposed to be done on Monday and was Tuesday before I got it. A little inconvenience with my ride but Tuesday they did send a LYFT to pick me up. Overall service was good just would have liked it back on Monday as discussed with service person.

Excellent- able to make appointment and reserve loaner within days of calling to make appointment. Unlike other Denver dealer and service which had a 2 week wait for loaner and option to wait 2 hours plus while car being serviced.

The service writers were attentive and polite. I made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. The service was speedy plus I got a car wash. The waiting area on the Volvo side was comfortable, and clean with great coffee. I finished some work and was on my way. I drive all the way down from Broomfield because the attention to detail. I cant wait to see the remodel on Caddy service side. Worth every penny! Keep up the good work.

Rickenbaugh has gone from being the low cost provider of regular service to being extremely expensive. Because of my limit and kept that I put on the service of $1000 either one able to do anything more than oil change and I require an a lot more than that. I was very disappointed in Rickenbaugh Volvo Service.

Do not go to this place not good at all
Not even tell as a courtesy what you vehicle need like normal wears out like brake wipers etc.. they want to charge just to look at you not friendly people service department personal need to be smile be more professional and have more enthusiasm or better find other type of job instead have a lemon face to customer

It was so easy to take care of the recall issue I had on my Volvo. Used my phone to schedule a time (only 4 hours later!) I drove down, they opened the big overhead door, drove in and parked. 90 minutes later-Done! On my way home!
