He was extremely helpful and he was the reason I bought my car there. It was a seamless purchase. I arrived there, drove the car I'd been looking at for almost a month, and signed the papers. Everyone was great! Got a good deal on a great car!!

Waited for the inspection, in 35 minutes he said passed and doing paper work and stickers, over one hour later I am called to pay. They need to learn how to move people, saw talking for an extended period, no way to help your customer get back to work

The defective cooling control valve was on back order, they said it would take 3-4 weeks lead time. After 5 weeks I called to see if the part had arrived, they checked and said had it. Not sure why they never called to let me know and get the replacement scheduled. Then they told me it was a one day repair, I dropped off my truck on Wednesday morning. The work was not completed until the following Tuesday.

'Doc'so much as called me a liar when they had to do a smoke test on the engine to see where the problem was , when I said the engine light was on. He told me it wasn't. The garage manager said it was. The representative at the gmc office said I should find another gmc dealership

I was told this would be a 4 hour job to complete and it took 5 days. I bought a new car to get away from having issues. This is the second time I've had problems. It took 4 months to receive the replacement parts on a new vehicle. Seems there way of handling problems is to reschedule. It's to bad rick weaver is the only buick dealer in the erie area because I would be long gone!!!!

The last 2 visits I have listed an on-going problem through my speakers, and because it is never actively happening when my car is being serviced, it is never looked at or considered. When it happens, it is extremely loud and distracting and is very easily a driving hazard. I never feel heard when I take my car in. I will not purchase another vehicle from this location ever again.
