They scratched the exterior front left door and the driver leather seat while the car was in service. The service rep is bad mannered and condescending. Also, when making the appt, they didn't tell me i had to bring regular key. I brought the bracelet key which is the only key i ever use. Hence, i wasted my time and had to return another day for service.

I would not recomend Rick Case to my worse enemy! They just try to rip you off everythime you go there. They even rip me off when I bought out my lease. If that is how they "treat family" (according to Rita Case) I would rather not be one. Im just not a big fan of Rick Case, sorry. Nothing against my service advisor, it's how the dealership operates.
