Not enough room to park your car when arriving it is a disaster. Not enough service writers. Stood around for almost 30 minutes before I was taken care of. Once taken care of (finally) it was ok. Small waiting room not enough area to sit.
At TOYOTA of Hollywood (FL) you are greeted IMMEDIATELY, service writer available IMMEDIATELY, large waiting room with plenty and different types of chairs. They were really busy and still got me out faster. And this is the worlds largest Toyota Dealer and local (started by Jim Moran who brought Toyota to the USA). Will only buy Toyota from now on...!

I'm sorry to say that I would never refer a friend to buy a Hyundai at the Westin location. Their customer service doesn't have the customer best interest. It has Rick Case's best interest when I bought my used car and turned in my lease. No one told me that I had to call immediately and let them know that I traded in my lease And bought a car and Hyundai finance continue to try and take the payments out of my bank account two months after I bought a new car! I would've thought a good salesman would advise you on that matter so when you buy a new or used car from the Westin location, make sure your salesman is not Jonathan.
