We went to look at 3 different cars they had advertised. ALL 3 of them were dirty, no gas and had warning lights on the dash. I asked for a specific sales person 3 times when I got there and the one that I said that to just disregarded it and proceeded to off to help. I was really disappointed with the entire experience and honestly thought with a company that had been in business as many years as they have it would have been much better.

If I could give a rating of less than one star I would. When I spoke to them over the phone about a car, I asked if there were any issues with the car that needed to be fixed and they said no. When I got there, I noticed the front bumper was loose and the air conditioning was not working. If they lied about these two obvious issues what else was wrong with the car. I had planned to look at several other cars there but I just left after test driving the first car. Not an honest dealership.

Sorry for your experience. There was a work order put in for our mechanics to recharge the AC and reattach the bumper. The salesman understood that it had been done and did not go and visually check the Honda or start the car to check the AC. A simple request by the customer would have solved the problem. We have four full time mechanics to take care of such things.

a week agoNEW Danny had great customer service he let me take the 2001 Audi A6 I was interested in to get inspected. Turns out the repairs would cost almost as much as what they're asking for the vehicle which is $5899. (Repairs $5493) When I went to go drop the vehicle back off the person that I spoke to not sure what his name was was absolutely awful he seemed to be upset that I was telling him what was going on with the vehicle. I also asked him if he wanted the paper which I have attached that shows what needs to be done he said no and I asked if he was going to sell the vehicle as is and he said yes. When I spoke to Danny he said that they were going to take care of the engine light (which clearly they aren't) PLEASE BUYERS BEWARE! This is not a good buy, this is not an honest dealership, and from my interaction they will treat you like garbage if you know what you're talking about

This Audi had 75k miles with 45 services at University Audi thru its entire lifetime. Former owner spent tens of thousands to maintain this car. Verified by Carfax. Customer offered a thousand dollars on a 5899.00 price. Either the garage wasn't truthful on the repairs or the customer. We sold the Audi two days later for 5899.00 after the customer checked it out very closely. The check engine light was a miss fire code from the engine getting wet during detail. Sorry there was nothing to talk about when a customer wants a 5000.00 dollar discount on a car that's priced at 5899.00
