I have worked with the service representative, Jeff, for more than a decade, and he has always been professional, helpful, and friendly. Richmond BMW Midlothian has been an excellent shop to have my BMWs serviced and repaired.

I remain satisfied with the service I received with Scott McCormick and the technician . He took the time to explain what needed to be done and provided an estimate of costs. The time spent at the shop was rather longer than I had hoped and the cost of repair expensive but my vehicle is performing much better after my visit .

After carfax got off their thumbs and then car shield got off their thumbs, they took over THREE WEEKS to approve and order the parts. Transfer case and evaporator needed replacing and once parts were received it was only 3 DAYS! Computers were suppose to make our lives easier not more complicated!
