They had tire options in stock and insured I received the various discounts and rebates for tires, brakes, and other services. Bret and Tony were excellent to work with. Excellent service all around, from my initial call for an appointment for new tires. It was a Friday afternnon, and Tony said he'd get the tires I needed that day for a Monday appointment. New tires and battery were installed in less than an hour!! All concerns and questions were addressed.

I got there early and even so they took me quickly. The service (oil change and tire rotation) took less time than expected, and the staff was very friendly. It would be nice if they had a working area with space for a laptop, but I made do.

Arrived at appointment time and back on the road twenty minutes later. Tires were balanced, rotated and nitrogen pressure checked. Tire tread depth and break pads were measured.

We were shown how to use the key fob if the battery runs out. And the guy even put in the new battery we brought along. He was friendly, right down to opening the door for us on the way out.

Dropped car off for oil change and called me that it was done. They checked my battery and told me where it was at. Synthetic oil was put in for a reasonable charge.

Stopped in near closing with slow leak in front tire. I was told they couldn't help me because everyone had gone home - it was 5 minutes before closing. The man closing out the register said to come back the next day. He did not give me an appointment. Next morning they looked at my car & said it couldn't be fixed as there was a screw near the rim - that I'd have to buy 2 new tires.
They never showed me the tire I or the screw.

I waited to have my tires rotated in the waiting room, and the staff was courteous and I didn't wait long for the service to be done. When checking out they said my rear brakes needed to be changed, and I booked an appointment for Friday to have them done. I felt safer that they had advised me to have them done.
