Richland Auto Care was very fast and respectful. I needed my oil changed and my inspection done and it took less that 20 minutes to complete both. I was very happy with the rates they charged as they were 50% cheaper than the last place I took it and they did not try to get me to have unnessary things done to my car. I will be returning.

1. Charged an extra $10 for 6th quart AFTER U had paid and car was ready. 2. Cleared out both of my trip odometers for no reason; list what I was tracking. 3. Installed a paper next oil change reminder label with lots of adhesive. I had to get out the razor blade, Good Off and elbow grease to get it off.

My car takes 6.5 qts of oil, I usually pay $5 more, but this was $10 more, for an extra $20. Other than that, very quick service, friendly staff.
