As usual, a great experience. Thought I needed service on my CRV then when I got to the dealer it turns out I did not need anything done. They could have taken advantage of me and done the unnecessary service but were honest, upfront and very helpful. Great dealership!

I was told when making the appointment that there aren't loaners available, then was offered one when I got there. I understand the process of making sure a car doesn't get returned with extensive damage but it seemed almost like the rental staff are looking to charge everyone that gets a loaner.

The people who serviced the car were very friendly. They also let me know my options for the services I had performed on the car (including the discovery of a tie rod support unit that was about to go out and the recommendation for tire rotation to even the wear on the tires). They were able to show me photos of the undercarriage of the car, photos taken by a scan unit that scanned the car as I entered their shop.

They were able to trouble shoot a loose electrical wire. Service tech was professional. Reception was poor. They completely ignore me when I arrive to pick up my vehicle. They all pretend that they are busy on the computer or huddling up to talk together until I had yo be direct with them to ask for my vehicle. They then scattered without apologizing.

They are way to expensive for their labor charge per hour - $225 to $240. This is 50% higher than the Honda nationwide average. Their Service Coordinators don't even bother to give clients active dealer discounts simply charging gross on outlandish rates.

What I didn't like is the fact that I had a recall appointment and was told they would do the oil change also and it'd be ready in 24hrs. After 48hrs they had not touched the car and I had to call them. They didn't even have the decency to call me and say anything.

I liked the welcoming gesture upon arrival, the rep. Rich way of speaking escorting, explaining...etc I also liked timely texting/reporting the car condition report and photos of needed parts (I love that) for the ongoing service with estimated costs to speed up customer response to save time for dealer's and customer's service time. Finally, the notification work done to receive the car and be on my way in a reasonable waiting time..
