My service representative was very good. The reason this is not five stars is that my Ridgeline has a recall. I was very disappointed that a Honda dealer wouldn't keep the parts on hand necessary to address the recall. Now I have to go back a second time.

5 years ago I had a nail in my tire they claimed that I needed a new tire I had them put air in it and took it somewhere else and they were able to plug it I'm still driving on that tire today thought I would give him a second chance went in for an oil change they sent photos to my phone of things that needed repaired when they pulled my filter and claimed I needed a new one that I had just recently replaced I just don't trust them

I called to arrange the service appointment for oil change and tire rotation with inspection of brakes. The female who answered said the appointment will be complete within 45 minutes. I arrived 16 minutes early at 8:25 AM and left at 10:30 AM. I will give Jose Munoz an A+ for his follow up and keeping me informed.

Jorge was a pleasure to work with. Very professional and friendly. I needed additional work done on my car and he offered me coupons to bring down the price. Service was done in a timely manner. It was slippery out and he offered his arm to an older lady when he walked me to my car! Highly recommend.

I was able to get a free running light that had burned out on the passenger side of the vehicle. The whole light assembly had to be replaced. Honda has given its Honda Accord customers who's running lights burned out a 10 year, unlimited mileage warranty from the time they bought their vehicles. Its one fantastic deal!!!

The staff member that waiting on me had poor communication skills. I don't know if he understood my questions. I believe the service I received was ok, but I will no longer pay over $100.00 for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Their prices are no longer competitive with other auto service providers.

The dealer does not honor appointment times. What should be a one hour service turns into a three hour ordeal. People have places to go and do not have the time to sit for three hours for an oil change. At least I don't.

I waited an hour and a half for an oil change! I don't think anything else was checked. The normal checklist was not provided and they didn't even bother to change the due date for my next oil change.
