I was in and out in the time promised. They provided a video of my car's engine and tires and the reason for the services that they recommended. The service writer was friendly. The facilities for waiting are comfortable.

I went to get a key programmed and they wanted to charge me over $2500 to replace the ECU. I took the car home, got instructions from Miata, USA and programmed my key in 10 minutes. Im in the process of filing a law suit
