Made the appointment to fix a recall on my car. I arrived according to the time of the appointment. Two hours later I get a call to say record does not have the parts or whatever is needed to fix the recall. I am appreciative that the service manager brought my car back to me personally.

This will have been my last visit to Ricart.. brought in my Kia Telluride with a slow leak in the rear tire. Waited 3 hours to be told there was nothing wrong and maybe it was dry rot. I purchased the tire new at Ricart less than 2 years ago. Very dissatisfied. The staff is always extremely helpful and friendly, but the service is painfully slow. I often wait 2-3 hours for an oil change.

Just no stars , had my car for 5 hrs and never looked at it because I scheduled a rental for work. Then told it may take a couple days on my expense. On previous visits it was a minimum of 4 hrs for an oil change. Sales staff is awesome but I would leave my car on the side of the road before I would let it be taken here NEGATIVE 5*

The wait time was very reasonable for the maintenance being performed. The waiting area was very comfortable with hot coffee of my choice and someone walking around periodically offering healthy snacks. Once the servicing was complete, they even washed the car. Thanks, Ricart Service Crew

Did not resolve my issue. Had repairs done and parts were replaced that were not the issue. The 1 tire was a problem, which the team was unable to determine so replaced suspension for $4000. Had the same issue, took it back and was charged $259 diagnostic fee - no resolution.

I had a later appointment close to closing time, and I appreciated the quality and speed of my service, even though I know everyone was wanting to finish the business day. I still received individual and kind care for me and for my car. I was actually telling my mom, who came with me, that I would be returning to Ricart when I purchase my next car because I have been so pleased with the service I receive.

Arrived, was addressed immediately. Service reps was polite, professional and friendly. She went over the services I scheduled, gave me a timeframe, and escorted us to the lounge and gave a rundown of what was offered/ where things were in the lounge. Vehicle was completed in a timely manner and was out the door.

The repair to my car was extremely long. The part replacement should have taken 1hr but ended up taking 1 1/2 days which was very inconvenient to my scheduled activities.. The good thing is, I was provided free transportation during one day of the repair period and the repair was done properly !!

I've been taken my truck to Ricart Ford for years. It's now nine years old, super low miles and Ricart s always on top of taking care of the maintenance and a few repairs tru the years, I will go out of my way to get it to them , they also go out of thier way to do excellent work and excellent customer service I would recommend them over and over and over.

It was a very busy day at the service shop. Upon arrival, my advisor was kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I did not hear from him again until over 2 hours later, when my oil change was finished. Usually, I get at least one service update along the way, but I guess they were too busy. Love the waiting room atmosphere and the amenities provided. I will return.

The service shop was very quick. We had the cam phasers along with a few other items done on our expedition done in less than a week. Our service rep did an amazing job helping us time the work with a rental that worked for us and had our warranty worked out in few minutes. Called everyday with updates. Would recommend to any Ford owner in need of service.

They are always trying to charge for the free oil change. I try to be flexible, call ahead and set an appointment when they are not busy. They always say they are short handed and it will take 2 hours. I normally dont leave reviews but this is a consistent pattern. An oil change should not be difficult for me or the dealership.

Expect 90 minutes for a basic service, but they have a nice waiting area. Thorough in their maintenance report, but overpriced on minor things that most people can dyi (Cabin and air filters, windshield wipers). However, no pressure to do on things they point out. Free car wash is bonus

My engine started making a strange noise, and it acted like it didn't wanna stay running. So I got scared and towed it to ricart. They ordered the parts and had it fixed within the week! And due to my 100,000 mile warranty, it was completely covered by ricart! A huge sigh of relief!!

They didn't fix what was wrong. They told me my truck was not equipped with something that worked on my truck and stopped working. So they kept my truck for a week and fixed nothing just printed some bs from the computer instead of figuring out what was wrong with my truck. Now I have to take to anther dealership. I will never return to this establishment for service.

I'm only renting one star because it didn't give me the option to do zero I took my vehicle here they allegedly diagnosed it only for my car to break down on me the next day on the way to work. I paid for another tow back to the shop for the issue not to be resolved. I've been without a car for a month now.
