Was told fixing the issue that caused my check engine light to go on would fix the problem with my automatic start on my fob key. Told the issue was taken care of and went to pick up my car and the auto start was not working. Waited a few minutes and they cleared whatever error code was causing it not to work and then the auto start featured worked. Not a big deal. A day passed and the auto start stopped working again. Called and was told I needed to bring the car back in. Talked to my wife about when I could bring it back which is an inconvenience already, left a message and no one called me back. Received an email asking to reach out if my experience wasn't exceptional, I did, and was told the person was not in the office today. Figured somebody would call me back today and no one ever did. So now I need to follow up again. Was told originally that the work I paid for would cover any issue with the fob key auto start problem and last conversation I had before being called back I was told it depends. Hopefully they will offer me something based on this inconvenience.

I have been coming to Reydel VW for 9 years never a problem this time i had my oil changed and coolant flushed. Let me just say my engine compartment is pristine condition when i got home i opened the hood only to find there was oil spots and antifreeze spots on the engine. There was the windshield washer fluid over flowed because the cover was not on properly then i found the screen for the washer tank on the side of the right fender that i had to but back. Just be more mindful of what you are doing. IN NO WAY IS THAT GOING TO STOP ME FROM COMING BACK FOR SERVICE EVERY HAS A BAD DAY SOMETIMES.
