Did not do a good alignment. Serious safety issues after alignment. I complained the fallowing day and Reno Vulcanizing refused to re-inspect the allignment. Tried charging $250.
Unprofessional will never use Reno Vulcanizing ever again.

This was at least my third visit to Reno Vulcanizing.
I believe the replacement of the alternator, engine belt & battery went well.
I was quite disappointed with the grease
that was left on the steering wheel and gear shift.

Everyone there is ALWAYS helpful and doesn't over charge me. My appointment wasn't until 10AM, but I took it at 8AM, because I had cataract surgery scheduled for 8:30 AM. One of the employees drove me to the office! SO kind!

Just not very good service. Took way too long and then left a tool under my hood that I had to bring back. Didnt put a cap on the valve stem of my new tires. I have been going there for years but the service has steadily declined and this is my last visit. I will find someone else who values their customers.

After having front brake pads replaced, A few weeks later had to return to have the
Rotters turned. I fill this problem was overlooked the first time. There's a need to pay
more attention to details! No one likes to make a return trip back to the shop.to fix
something that could have been fixed the first time.
