I had an appointment for scheduled maintenance and added a cleaning detail to my appointment and then at the last minute I was told they couldn't do it because the car wash was down but they were washing vehicles by hand. I said well wash it by hand then. I was told no.

Went in for an oil change I scheduled online, day of service I showed up at the time of my service and they had my oil change done within 30 minutes and I was out the door. Never at Reliable unless it's a warranty issue. Even there they refused to fix a broken cable strap.
Can't fix a broken cable strap with the tailgate because they would have to order a whole kit.
Is that my problem it's less than 2 years old and has about 13,800 miles.

This was the fastest turn around for an oil change and service we have experienced so far with this dealership. I hope this becomes the new standard.
Please reconsider using CarFax as an interface. It reduces the Toyota brand image as CarFax has become less than reliable and a totally unnecessary risk of customer information.

Our buying experience was relatively good. I was disappointed the trailer hitch I ordered was not on the vehicle. I did get one put on after market after market (U-Haul on Campbell in Springfield, MO).
The vehicle was clean when we picked it up and full of fuel. Our salesman Clayton followed up with a phone call twice to ensure we were happy with the van.

Change made to functionality of fuel gauge to not show the actual fuel in the tank. The service department has refused to do anything to correct it saying that's the way it works. It didn't before it went in for a "fuel injector cleaning". It hasn't performed the same since. Waste of time and money to do it.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and left with a list of recommended services of over $2600, including an alignment and wheel balance. I have new tires, installed at this dealership. The service man couldn't tell me why those services were recommended. The list also included repair of an oil leak, which I don't have, and to change spark plugs for the cost of $600. Three stars is generous.

Took car in for my oil change appointment for 2:00 arriving 1:45. After 75 minuets I went back to check on the status of the car. I was told another 10 minutes. After another 30 minutes the oil change was completed. Two hours for an appointed oil change is NOT acceptable. Also, I had to communicate to service on the status of the car. NOT good customer relations especially since this was our first oil change.

Our appointment was at 11:00 a.m. because we live two hours away. They took us in a little before 11:00. They seated us in waiting area an offered us a fresh sandwich and soft drinks and water. Had a nice waiting room and took less time than we were told which is a plus. Ryan Parli was the one who waited on us. First time to have service there and we were beyond pleased, We would rate our service as excellent.

In short, the issue was not fixed. It was like going to the doctor, the whistling was gone when I did the after test drive and the reason they give me for the whistling did not make sense. However, the whistling is still present when I go above 65mph.

Oil change and tire rotation, normal time at Toyota Center is 2 hours. Still hear some squeal in the brakes, it's been happening since the very first tire rotation. Maintenance can't hear it. Still hear ticking in hatch window arm, maintenance doesn't hear it.

No fix for the car. Car and was sold but was never informed that it is not supported by apple carplay, only samsung autoplay. Noone calls to follow up and give update as what was promised. I feel that the head unit should have been replaced and I should not have to turn off the Auto Display to day mode. I have ridden in other manufacturers vehicles with twin turbos and there acceleration response is quicker. These were not fixed.
