went in fpr.transmisson service and oil change told 2.5hrs. Then they came back with need air and cabin filter and alignment done. Told them to go ahead and do it since they had it. ended up being 5hr wait total. when I ask for.copy of alignment it was all green and ask why I needed one.

Almost everything went great. I was a little disappointed that they had erased all our service records since we bought the truck from Reliable in 2016 and only had it serviced there. My husband passed in 2021 and the pickup mostly sat in the garage since then and I forgot to service it. I was depending on those records to know what to do.

This happened once before at Midas on a routine oil change and tire rotation. I'll just pay the cost to get this corrected.

Technician was incompetent - simple procedure to change the battery and oil turned into an all day issue after the Tech caused an electrical arc damaging the vehicle, breaking the battery connector and damaging fuses.

I did not take my new truck in for service on 8/8/24. I stopped at the dealership two weeks ago (on 8/5) to check on the status of the running boards that were part of the purchase price from two months earlier... and they had never even placed the order to get the running boards in stock!!!! It has been two weeks since that time and still no response/phone call to get them installed (2.5 months after taking delivery of the truck!!!!

The service advisor was nice and very informative, service was done in timely manner, I did asked to have a condensing water drip fixed that drips on exhaust and makes a terrible popping noise, people are always looking at me and the truck as there is something wrong, was told that it was a design problem,,, they as in GM needs to find a fix for this problem!!

If I could give 0 stars I would I have dropped my car off with them multiple times and they are not willing to try and get me a proper diagnosis or fix without just randomly throwing parts at it and charging me money.. if I never have to go back there again I won't. I highly recommend not going to them for anything

They did not reset the oil life feature. I just got the oil changed and the oil life button reads 9%. I am going to have to take it back to the dealer to have them reset it so it does not drive me crazy.
