Took my Colorado in for a brake inspection due to a pulse when brake pedal is being pushed. The tech trainer Mike told me it looked like something got stuck so the front brakes were not working at 100% so I needed new ones, ordered replacements ans was out in a couple of hours. They actually care about the customer and don't try to upsell everything like most places do, although, they will let you know without any pressure what your vehicle needs are. Long process. Appointments were not made. No communication on where the plate was going to be sent. We are now expired and just received in the mail a notice saying the plate was at the dealership. Trying to get something serviced a month from purchase was not possible. They wanted to take our vehicle for a week and not provide a loaner. Poor customer service at the service department

Took my NEW truck and they told me it would take 2-3 weeks just to diagnose the issue. I told them I could not be without a vehicle that long, to get the truck ready I would pick it up. Didn't offer a loaner or rental, just said OK SORRY. Took my truck to Pitre Buick next door and it was fixed in 2 days. Pitre is the place to go for any Service on a GM vehicle!
