Had an appt to take my truck in for 2 things. They fixed one (on a Friday) and said if I left it over the weekend, I'd get it back on Monday. Without any updates, I didn't get it back until Wednesday. The procedure was only supposed to take an hour. Horrible customer service. This is the 2nd time this happened. Last time, they said 4 days , and it took 3 weeks. Just lie after lie after lie. Never going back again.

They do not try to upsell you while you are hostage. The former management would find so much wrong with your vehicle it made you worry that your car is not even safe to drive.
