Things just arent the same. Had to make multiple trips. At one point told me that they hadnt had a chance to test drive it, but I could come do it. Picked it up the first time and had the same problem within a half mile. Finally brought it home and had a new issue. Just not the same as they used to be.

The staff service was fine, but for brakes I don't feel it should have taken a week. The other thing was instead of them calling me to give updates about my car, because they had it for over a week and I had to to work, I had to call them and they didn't have a loaner car for me.

They reset check engine light and it came on a week after i bought it. They wanted to only cover half the cost to repair it. I paid cash money for the car and didn't want to come down on price much. Very hard to deal with. I will never do business with them again.

Unfortunately, they could not fix my Pontiac. It has the LS2 Chevy engine, but this Chevy dealer said they did not have the required tools to clean the fuel injectors according to a technical service notice. Seems strange, but at least they didn't charge me anything.

I like that they took the time to find out the real cause. The computer indicated there was an issue with the oxygen sensors. That wasn't the real problem. A loose clamp was allowing air to interfere with the sensors. They tighten the clamp and the problem was resolved. Expensive for a loose nut, but a lot less expensive than new sensors that wouldn't have fixed the problem.
