They had the car ready as set up. The car was not in good shape at all. The brakes were making noise and I could tell that the bumper cover was DIY patchwork. The oil change light was on and the staff said that they don't know how to reset it

Not great. Went in to check out a Jeep they had listed that wasn't even at the dealership. They showed me another one above my budget that I away walked away with some interest in, then ran a VIN number check and it said the vehicle had been in a major accident. And, according to the report, the vehicle was priced way above fair market value.
