I took my car in for service in February and told them another shop said I had a cracked oil pan. Service department said the oil pan wasn't cracked and it had a blown head gasket. It took 2 months for them to get approval for the warranty work and to make repairs. I got the car back and put it in storage. When I got back and used the car it was leaking oil. I took it back to Kia and they said I have a cracked pan. I am very frustrated that they originally told me there was no crack and now they said there is.
