My vehicle sat for over 2 hours (Express Oil Lane), and I sat in the waiting room, while 4 other vehicles "came in, and then left", while I waited. I went to service counter to inquire about how long I will need to wait, they told me "It's in the back and should be done soon", at which time I turned around and pointed to my Gladiator, and said "it's been there for over 2 hours" The Service Dept is absolutely the worst

Initially, the Jeep had an issue with the "stop-start" switch. The mechanic began to diagnose the issue, that lead to additional issues. Thanks to the mechanic, the Jeep is now in tip top shape.

Thought I was going to be in there longer. There are a lot of people online, but I got taken in at 8 AM and I was out by 8:45 AM. I put the car in for a oil change and tire rotation but I guess it was not done.

After several calls it was finally explained that I had to wait for approval and inspection from Insurance company. After two weeks I finally received my car. The service was finally completed. My,complaint is explanation to customer. The people I came across were very courteous after they understood by dilemma.
